With white truffle cream, pecorino cheese and hazelnut crumble served on the side with bufalina and sun-dried tomatoes, charcoal bread served on the side, summer truffle petals

Chianina Porcino Burger
With homemade bread, porcini mushroom cream, tuscany marzolina caciotta and crispy soppressa, a small portion of potatoes is included (gluten and lactose in the bread, lactose in the cream and caciotta, garlic in the ketchup)

Chianina hamburger with truffle and hazelnuts
